Ordered floor mats on Feb 25 from the above. Called Mar 2 for status and was told that they had just ordered the mats from the manufacturer and it would be another 7-10 days until they would arrive.

I told them to cancel the order and I would find them locally. They said to go to the web page and follow the instruction located there to cancel the order. Once on the web page I found that to cancel an order COST $25.

A 2 week wait for an item that was available locally for a couple dollars less was worth the wait.

Make sure if you do order from this business (word used loosely) your not in a hurry.

Parts that are special ordered do require a restock charge if you do not reorder from the same manufacturer. Do you have a cancellation # you would like to share with us? If you really cancelled you would have that #!
