I bought some shocks for my 2000 expedition (2 wheel dr.) from truckaddons.com. When the shocks arrived they were for a 4 wheel dr. When I questioned the company about it they said the shocks will still work on my 2 wheel dr. Took them to my mechanic to install and guess what? they did not fit on my 2 wheel dr. Shipped them back and they gave me a partial credit because i did not order replacements. They said I had to pay 20% restocking fee plus all shipping ($84.18.) Got in an argument with the general manager and he hung up on me. In the mean time, they tried to sell me replacement shocks that did not exist. So now I am waiting for the credit of the replacement shocks to show on my statement. So now there is another 158.37 that needs to be credited to my visa. plus I am out $84.18 from the original set. Evey time I asked about the credit they said it had been done but when I checked it was not there. Save yourself a major headache and do not do buisness with this company they have had 182 complaints in the last 36 months (I saw that on a web page after doing a search for truckaddons complaints). check with the bbb in lexington ky at 1-800-866-6668. When I mentioned their name she said they had a lot of complaints. Bottom line: Do your research before buying online.
